June 2024 - Call for next meeting in Sant Climent - 4th July 2024
We are inviting neighbours interested in our Energy Community in Sant Climent to our next meeting, which is THURSDAY 4th of JULY at 7.30pm at the Associació de Veïns (Neighbours' Association) in town. The meeting was a success and we agreed on how to move forward with the roof for the Energy Community.
April 2024 - Call for Ordinary Assembly and year end - 9 April 2024
Our Ordinary General Assembly was called for April 9th. All members participated, and the cooperative's annual accounts were approved. Coure was set up in the second half of 2023, and we dedicated the rest of the year to formalise our structures and launch our services.
2024 is off to a strong start.
August 2023 - Members' meeting 25 August 2023
On this date, Coure's members, in the presence of a Notary, agreed on their Governing Council, composed of 3 people; as well as the Financial Controller (Interventor).

October 2024 - New meeting to promote a collective installation in Maó - 18 October
The Institut Balear de l'Energia (IBE) is promoting a solar installation for shared self-consumption in Mahón. If you want to learn more, you can participate in the meeting on Friday 18th of October the at 7:30 p.m. at the Associació de Veïns del Camí de ses Vinyes.
August 2024 - Further investment in Menorca
The Consell Insular de Menorca has published the investment and actions planned around infrastructure and energy transition in the island between 2024 and 2027. Nearly 20 million euros were allcoated to photovoltaic energy installations, storage batteries and electric vehicle charging points, with the aim of continuing to make progress in meeting the objectives set by the Menorca 2030 Strategy. March 2024 - Presentation and Discussion at the Centre d'Estudis Locals d'Alaior on Thursday 14th of March
This Thursday 14th of March at 19.30, join us at this Talk about "Electricity invoice: how much you pay and how to reduce it" at the Fòrum i Centre d'Estudis Locals (Carrer des Forn n.9 in https://www.centreestudisalaior.org/, Alaior). Note: the presentation and discussion will be primarily in Catalan and Spanish with no translation.
February 2024 - Coure launches a new service

January 2024 - Support from Menorca Preservation
We are very grateful for the support approved by Menorca Preservation for our first project of an Energy Community in Sant Climent. It will allow us to strengthen technical and organizational aspects of the project, and improve our presence online.
January 2024 - Happy New Year
Happy New Year 2024. Let's hope this is a year full of health and success for everyone. At Coure, we are in negotiations to confirm the roof for our self-consumption scheme in Sant Climent. September 2023 - Meeting with Sapiens Energía
Thanks so much to Juan Sacrí and the team at Sapiens Energía (https://sapiensenergia.es/) for sharing your experience with us. Sapiens has helped set up dozens of energy communities in the País Valencià, and we hope to continue collaborating with you.
July 2023 – Meeting in Sant Climent
We held a second meeting with neighbors of Sant Climent to discuss the creation of a Energy Community. Great interest from people and companies in the town. The next steps are to collect consumption data and confirm where we set up the installation in order to complete the project design phase.
